All you have to do is SAVE YOUR CHOCOLATE BAR WRAPPERS AND CHIP BAGS! That's it!!!!! Throw your chocolate bar wrappers and chip bags (they don't have to be cleaned or flattened) in a plastic bag and when all of your Hallowe'en treats are eaten, bring in your garbage! One of the volunteers from GRAB is collecting them for a fundraiser. She said: WRAPPERS = CASH!!!
